Creating just the right look for your wedding or event is of utmost importance. As we work through the planning process I strive to create a design that fits your personality and budget. Making experienced suggestions along the way to give your event a unique touch.
On-Site Logistics
In addition to experienced planning and event design, day of logistics are key to an overall successful event. I do this by utilizing best practices and contingency plans to "run the show". Making sure every detail is in place when the curtains open.
Packages
Complete Wedding Planning
This package is ideal for those who may not know where to start, those who wish to plug in a planner early in the process, or those who simply lack the time to devote to the full planning process. Services include the full scale planning of your wedding or event where I work closely with you on budget planning, theme inspiration, invitations & stationary, venue & vendor selection, and all other details involved in pulling together your event.
Partial Wedding Planning
For those who may have the venue and/or most vendors booked and just need an extra pair of hands to bring it all together. With this package I will step in 5-6 months before your event to help vet out and lock in any remaining vendors, go over any details you may not have thought about, and help to bring any final décor & design aspects to the finish line.
Day of Coordinator
You’re a pro at this and have all the planning and negotiating taken care of. This package gives you the assurance you need to focus on your day, free of stress, while I work behind the scenes to make sure all of the lovely details are in place. Starting 3 months before your event I’ll connect with your booked vendors to close any day of gaps, help book outstanding vendors, tie up any loose ends and create a detailed "day of" timeline. The day of I will be your venue & vendors main point of contact doing whatever's needed to ensure a seamless wedding or event.
Travel costs will apply for out of town weddings & events.
Small Event & Custom Services
Throwing an intimate get together or private celebration? Looking to do more than send invites, make a playlist, and hang up a few streamers? Pulling together small events and parties can sometimes be just as much work as large-scale events. Either way, the day has to be perfect. I offer custom services to ensure your small event leaves big memories.
